I'm going to use the Pokedex to remember that pokemons location anyways, it's cool looking I guess, the same way watching the map on the rotomdex is cool, but I can think about any real advantage. I never understood the appeal to be honest, people had to complain about something because they are still salty about the battle frontier or whatever
