>>46720979>>46721069>>46721074They do use level up sets for the most part the problem is since Agatha is the Ghost/Poison type someone went in and forced Toxic which erased Hypnosis instead of Confuse Ray. When the game tested I guarantee they didnt print out atk sheets so the testers didnt know it was missing Hypnosis.
