We meet the Luminous Cenaries admin and leader, both with horrid sprites. I do admit it's amusing to see this evil team use happy-looking Pokémon like Chansey and Gardevoir, though.
After we stop them and go down another completely unchanged route, Borora Gym opens up, Fire-type like Flannery's. I see some bad sprites for Monferno and Infernape, and then I get to the Gym Leader, Banshee, who's a badly compressed image of the DPPt Gambler. His team consists of Ninetales, Infernape, and a Charizard.
The Charizard has Flamethrower/Dragonbreath/Wing Attack/Steel Wing. Fucking Steel Wing, man.
Also this hacker has no idea what a level curve is. Major NPCs are always like ten levels higher than the trainers around them, consistently. It's like the game has two separate parallel level curves that jump back and forth from each other schizophrenically (I say that because rivals might disappear for a while and then you get bombarded with them all with a villainous leader to boot, then more silence).
