Many of the overworld sprites of trainers in RSE are based on their artwork/battle sprites from GSC. For example, youngsters have a blue hat and white shirt in the overworld but in battle their shirt is yellow. The female cooltrainer overworld sprite in RS has brown hair and a white headband like they do in GSC whereas her battle sprite has long green hair.
