Hisui is full of wasteland and even desert like environments.
Meanwhile Sinnoh is absolutely covered in forests. And tons of significant landmarks of both are missing, and only like half of them at best are shared. And even the ones that are shared look radically different in both shape, form, location, and size.
And as for the Hyrule comment. The different Hyrules isn't even trying to have any cohesion outside of like just a couple of exceptions.
