I like to imagine that over the many millenia of existence, Regigigas came to appreciate the smaller joys of existing. Maybe it met a nice Trainer, or maybe the other mons in its temple kept it good company.
But all of this means it feels the crushing grief of its loss even more, knowing it has to exist without its original comrades. Regigigas may have mellowed out, but if it ever sees Aus, it's kill on sight.
