I had given up on it being a complete shitmon after seeing its stats in Legends, as much as I love the sea-eagle inspired design and as much fun as I had using it in my playthrough. The confirmation that Esper Wing patches that garbage Speed and the addition of Tinted Lens gives me a glimmer of hope.
Probably not OU, but maybe UU or RU? Is Tinted Lens the best choice, or is Sheer Force still too good to pass up for a special attacker? Might it benefit from rain for accurate Hurricane?
