This is all I've found on individual symbols and signs that I can actually make out. There seems to be both capital letters and lowercase. I've found no words that make any sense, though, for either. All I've been able to tell on the gym sign, though, is that the triple line and the triangular symbol occurs a LOT. They are both letters that are used a lot.
