Okay let’s get a couple of things straight because I’m tired of seeing this thread in the catalog.
1. What is it to be “thicc?”
Like
>>44767777 says, being thicc is all about having weight in the right places. More specifically, it’s about the ratio of the wast and stomach to the bust and hips.
In most if not all of the photos of real women that were posted, their waists and stomachs are too large for them to be considered thicc. In the attached picture, you’ll see an approximation of the waist and stomach to bust and hips ratio needed to be considered “thicc” Note how the stomach is not pudding out excessively (ideally there is no pudge as in this model)
2. Obese women can’t be thicc.
This is not necessarily true depending on how you define “obese.” There are plenty of women with a BMI that would classify them as obese who still try their best to stay in shape and have a figure ratio that would allow them to be classified as “thicc.” However, women with a BMI of 35 and above are in morbidly obese ranges and cannot be considered thicc as they are incapable of having the required thicc ratio. The photos of real women that were posted all display women in the later category however.
