The key to good management is treating your team like a family. Just like my father taught me, I have my workers physically and verbally abused to the point of mental breakdown; I have them bring me alcohol and drugs, ignore the many hookers going about the office; tell the loan sharks I'm not at home and then act normal when I disappear for months in 'business trips'. I am very proud of my time in GameFreak and despite Ohmori having no spine, I believe I left an excellent team to guarantee our current product quality."
