Plus, I were at the Safari Zone many times in my previous playthroughs and this never happened. But oh well, I will assume this is a weird hackrom and that the only thing the hacker changed was that it allows you to catch the starters at a very low percentage or something like that... I boxed the charmander forever, anyways, I don't need it.
