Two questions
First, sometimes you can tell the game is just arbitrarily not allowing you to catch a pokemon, and we've all seen it. Regardless of how you throw the ball, it will veer wildly to the left or right as if it was spun. In those situations, what was the best way to economize pokeballs for you? I'm thinking of walking away from pokemon that give me a stream of that, as a 1/0 on the server side is just deciding your not allowed to have the pokemon until you invest another 20 balls or so, pretty scummy.
Secondly, my radar has become non functional, and shows everything at 3 feet away, regardless of where I am. Its been like this, since, I want to say maybe last night, early morning? Is it still like this for anyone else? Is there a fix? restarting the app maybe?
