More than where it's placed, what I found interesting was the color. Serena very much is a person who prefers reds. And now whites. Ash is mainly blue in his color scheme, with black being the undercoat/secondary. Besides her stockings which remain black regardless, Serena has a very Red primary/ White secondary color schema going on. It's neat how the only thing that interrupts this is the blue that Ash gave her.
