>>31378661I don't know, as long as this series has been around we sill don't know what the fucking planet looks like continent/region wise or how close or far regions are to one another outside of johto-kanto, even then I'm sure johto and kanto weren't meant to be nextdoor neighbors until iwata did his voodoo. Which leads me to believe that GF is shit at world building.
Personally I think it was a fucking crime that the Sevii islands were not in HGSS. They could have been the real "real" post game since kanto and Johto were still pathetic content wise and the e4 still served as halfway mark. Just retcon them to being full of hoenn pokemon, instead of johto mons so player weren't reliant on pal park.
