Scarlet and Violet have the easiest breeding and EV training system ever. I can get a perfect IV Pokémon in around 20 minutes with about half that being collecting eggs while I do something else.
Even without vitamins, you can EV train to full in about 20 minutes of grinding in the starting area and canyon area (for attack EVs) with the power items. If you know multiple Pokémon will need the same stat trained, you can get economy of scale on that training.
