You probably wouldnt even be allowed to own a pokemon capable of doing any real property damage because of how easy it would be. Criminal organizations like Team Rocket are laughable compared to what humans would use them for. The Kalos war wouldnt even compare to the human innovation we would create in order to utilize them to raze countries to ash.
Thats why Pokemon has to be a fantasy. Theyre capable of too much.
