I'm guessing you picked the Grass or Water starters to get by Brock easy? I didn't like the look of any of them and I like Fire starters more anyway, so I went with Arabomb.
The problem is the level cap bullshit the faggots that made this game implemented that makes it nigh on impossible to be a single level over the current gym leader.
