Misdreavus also tends to harass people by screaming at them and yanking their hair similar to Nukekubi doing the same but biting a human's head for their blood instead. Misdreavus never had anything to do with banshees at the slightest. If you want a real Banshee pokemon, it should have a complete body and only screams if a sudden death occurs which Misdreavus doesn't do. Also a Banshee should be 100% female as they're supposed to be female spirits. Nukekubi can be any gender just like Misdreavus.
