Having the lowest base speed in the game (tied with only Munchlax and Pyukumuku) generally guarantees a base power of 150, which might let it do some real damage.
Any high-defense mon that gets Body Press can also do way more damage with it now. Stuff like Skarmory (base 140) or Steelix (base 200) would really hurt with STAB on the one move of theirs that does good damage.
