>>21210125After going through TediousWoods again, through the desert (Chikorita not being dead weight for once due to the Ground-types around), and into Vapid Swamp, which seems to be covered in spider webs (I'll at least give a "You Tried" sticker for that, the graphics as a whole have been decent so far really) we find a gang of Scyther ready to kill Butterfree for not complying with their demands (whatever they are) but not -quite- doing so, just repeatedly giving off threats of "we're really gonna do it!"
We intercept them, have a double battle against six Scyther, and I gotta say the battle was just pathetic. Several times one of the Scythers attacked my low HP Torchic with fucking False Swipe. Did they have Pokéballs and were trying to catch us?
We beat them, they're paralyzed from all the Thundershocks, and we make a retreat. Afterwards the Scyther are suddenly fine, but they decide not to go after them a second time because they "failed their mission," whatever mission it was. I wake up in my house.
