ziperto at least one link should still be working.Heres what I did
1.Get PackHack V9(V12 one won't work the same)
2.Run SetupUS then HackingToolkit3DS
3.Choose to Extract a 3DS file
4.Once that is done open pk3DS,choose Open and choose the folder containing the extracted files
5.In RomFS section choose Wild Encounters and randomize that then Trainers and randomize that too and don't bother with anything referencing "Alternate forms or megas" cause thats iffy
6.Close pk3DS all edits are automatically saved when you do them and open HackingToolkit3DS again
7.Choose to Rebuild a 3ds file and you should get a new edited .3ds
8.Next time to use your 3ds, move that to your 3ds/gm9/in,turn it on and open GodMode9
9.In Godmode9(btw make sure you got 1.9.2) go to 0:/gm9/in and choose the .3ds file
10.It should give you an option to "Build Cia" so do that,if it fails just let it start the fix process then cancel that then try again.
11.Once it's made you can now go to FBI app and install the cia
