I have Phoebe but I can save her and Hilbert for others that are actually unable to reach +3 crit, since Bugsy and Ghetsis can solve the debuff race and gauge issue by the 1st Sync. This is with the -2 Sync count parameter which is perfect since they won't get to Sync nor access their pre-Sync buffs (besides the randomly early ones).
I think I'm gonna save this comp as a preset. I like that none of my other teams would miss Ghetsis or Bugsy.
