Dex Entry: Manaphy is one of only two Pokémon who are known to use the same Mega Stone to achieve Mega Evolution. Using the ManaPhionite, Manaphy evolves into Mega Manaphy-X. A book in the Canalave Library writes that a Rogue Mega Manaphy-X once constructed an entire kingdom upon the sea floor comprised of dense briny water that was shaped into the form of a castle. From its throne, it defended its home from an enormous, raging sea beast and in honor of this Mega Manaphy-X, giant grateful Pokémon erected giant pillars of stone in a place once called the Cobalt Coastlands. In battle, Mega Manaphy-X is always submerged within a glistening sphere of water.
