I completely fail to see any inherent sexuality in Gardevoir's design. It's a spindly alien/doll thing with a fleshy curtain that happens to somewhat resemble a dress. Pretty much all human-like proportions and curves are additions by fanartists. I'm not saying it's ugly, just that I don't see the sex appeal.
