Mega-Aggron has been gaining more popularity; I've seen a Stealth Rock/Dragon Tail set running around a couple teams.
I used to see a lot of Darmanitans but not as many recently. They're probably still out there, though. I run Cofagrius, it's bulky enough to take a Flare Blitz the first time around and still survive a second one, sans Sheer Force after Mummy.
Crawdaunt continues to be absolutely devastating. Slowbro's been core UU bulk for a long time, that hasn't changed, but Crawdaunt's proved an excellent counter with that ridiculously strong SE Knock Off.
Latias, Mew, and Celebi are still everywhere. I used to see a lot of Keldeo but maybe its usage has dropped off.
Metagross isn't as common as you'd think it'd be but provides a pretty solid counter to Florges' bullshit.
