damn, PSA would not acknowledge that they fucked up with grading the PSA10 nidoking, with multiple print lines (print lines that anons have stated shouldn't even exist on a PSA10...!!!) and would not uphold their PSA Guarantee. so that literally and unironically confirms that PSA thinks that this Nidoking has the proper grade it should. which means that they believe that having print lines and scratches is completely fine to still grade a 10.
