Ok, so here we go. The top group is what I think should be pretty much confirmed to go in the demo. The middle group needs to have the steel leader team confirmed before we proceed, and the bottom are what we need to debate keeping and getting rid of.
Our limit according to Pawter and Mage is 82, and the top group alone has 80. I imagine we can go over the limit A LITTLE, but I wouldn't push it more than 5.
