2000 is over-hyped garbage. I've never liked this movie, even as a kid.
Unknown is the peak of the Pokemon movies. Good mix of plot, characters, emotion, and action.
4Ever is mediocre has a cool villain but Celebi is annoying. Heroes is great and still holds up. Setting is fantastic and I want more Venice inspired locations.
Jirachi is fun and has great characters, the circus theme is nice, and I find myself invested in the plot. Last movie I saw I'd consider all around good.
Deoxys, is just kinda blahh, Deoxys himself is cool though.
Havn't seen beyond Destiny Deoxys.
