The idea of a gymless game and making your league could be pretty cool. There's story potential with such a concept, and it'd be a refreshing break from how formulaic Pokemon is getting with its mainline games.
Which is why it's fake, or it's legit but the part about "no gyms" is a lie since legit leakers do indeed lie at times for a variety of reasons.
