Then you copy the color selection from the second Pokemon unto the first while matching up sections for color, allowing for some creative liberties, as long as its within the spirit of the color scheme.
For me, It's eye dropper+paint bucket, then psuedo shading plus lightness/contrast manipulation.
Put enough psuedo shading in it, people usually overlook mistake made with Paint bucket.
