>>56589177when i read that lore the regis instantly came to mind, as far as i'm concerned it's completely canon. of course the mysterious ancient giant legendaries that were hidden away and lost to time are the same ones from this story. it actually contextualizes regigigas as a gen 4 pokémon, something which otherwise never really made much sense - and gives it a reason to be so cursed it has a detrimental ability, even in the game without abilities. it makes too much sense, i don't particularly care if none of you people can see it.
