>>43478900Let's not kid ourselves, the Pokemon games are just alright. None of them are truly amazing games and only some of them kinda reach the "Great" territory. Compared to even just other JRPGs nothing even comes close to Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest 11/8/5, or Final Fantasy 6 territory. We only like the series because we got into it as kids and while there are several interesting ways they could've taken the series to make it truly unique or amazing, they decided not to and play it safe for every single entry ever. I'm sorry bros.
