I just watched the second half of the special, and overall I thought it was pretty good 8.5/10.
only some minor things I had issues with and a bit of a passing issue, but what can you do, they only have a limited amount of time to build up what they wanted in 2 eps.
I will say that I am going to keep watching, it really interested me in where it was going. I am really curious about how they are going to keep this story entertaining and engaging heading forward without it turning into what the Ashime became after Gen 4.
I would like it if they did head back to the school and had a plot there,in addition to the travel thing, I think someone said they do.
I hope if keeps this consistency throughout the whole series because I'm hooked as of now.
I like how team explorers is a competent and dangerous element in the story, I do want to see who the old guy is at the end of the next trailer. He looks to be either a manager for egdlords group or the boss.
as of now it DOES NOT feel like the Ashime and I am curious if they can keep that up.
