Why is Gen 8 the first gen not to have a Pokemon shown off early to build up hype? We didn't even get the usual movie (Lugia movie in Gen 1, Lati movie in Gen 2, Manaphy and Lucario movies in Gen 3, Zoroark movie in Gen 4, Mega Mewtwo Y movie in Gen 5, and Magearna movie in Gen 6), instead we got that shitty CG remake of the first movie
