Obviously it'd need to be adjusted so that it wasn't too tall to fit on the screen.
Although, we could probably get away with the very edges being off-screen. Even if part of the sprite wasn't on-screen, maybe you'd be able to see it in the Pokedex?
So long as it gets the point across that Megaskink is huge (though the Pokedex already covers that fact).
