So I have a bit of a problem on my hands. My Dragonair likes battling, but he refuses to evolve (I don't really want to evolve him either) and so he keeps getting his ass slapped in whenever I go to the local tournament. I think it's really lowering his self worth, since he's starting to try to learn recoil moves like Take Down. Any ideas on how to make him stronger without evolving, convince him to evolve, or give up on battling? I really don't want to come home one day to find him knocked out from ramming horn first into the wall.
