I posted her preliminary story a couple threads back and got a lot of great negative feedback that really helped me develop her as the "anti-hero."
Cocoa is a fierce and merciless Pokemon battler who probably would be the next Champ, if it weren't for her attitude. When she started out her Pokemon journey, she dominated other trainers and gained a superiority complex. Further down the road when battles became challenging, and she began to lose, she became cynical and stopped journeying rather than toughen up. She joined "an Evil Team" for a while and worked for them as a thief in the big city.
After a mission to steal a package from the courier, Milky, the two of them began a cat-and-mouse game of chase throughout the regions. Frustrated at not being able to fulfill her mission, Cocoa also began to remember the thrill of a good challenge and fun battles.
After a particularly long, exhausting, and fulfilling battle on a mountainside, Cocoa agreed to give up on her mission and quit the Evil Team. She and Milky reconciled as battle partners.
Currently she is a guide through caves and mountain passes, and is the only customer who gets supplies from Milky for free.
She has a detached and stoic exterior but is secretly having fun on the inside. Her personality really comes out during fierce battles (it is the only time to see her laugh).
