But Sinnoh's problem lies with the actual "new" mons vs just rehashed zubat+friends and evos. Too many shitmons even by in-game standards, a couple overpowered "gems" (which sounds a lot like all the even numbered gens) and Oh Holy Dick the amount of legendaries. People get pissed at the copy/pasta of the kami/genies when those fucking spirit shits did it first, even more-so by having them ALL be Psychic with levitate. Cresselia too because why the fuck not right?
For everything they did right with Sinnoh, there's just about as much shit to cancel it out for a bittersweet feeling. Just "Saturated" is all
