Give it Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Follow Me, and a Fire-type signature move that works like Helping Hand, but in its Sunshine form it also increases the Defense and Special Defense of the target by 50%. Flower Gift functions just like any other form changing ability now, but the buffs that it would give out are now attached to its signature move. Now Flower Gift is useful in both Doubles and Singles, and it has even more use in Doubles as an offensive support Pokemon instead of just a bad support Pokemon.
Finally, give it a regional variant that is based on a lily pad and gets the same bonuses in Rain.
