Like, there's clearly an updated texture, even the OP image shows they did that for LGPE.
But even beyond that, the most obvious model difference in his image is the fact that the model he's showing has visible teeth outside the mouth while the new one doesn't. But that's actually wrong cause I don't know where he got that t-posing weavile from cause Weavil in the games and S/S has only one fang visible on the left side of it's face.
Also, while googling Weavil images to see about the teeth, I found a lot of weavil porn and now I'm kinda in the mood for that...
