Bookneeps make their homes in libraries and large book collections. They nest in between the pages of books and read them when no-one is watching. It is said that when a book goes missing a Bookneep has probably wandered off with it.
It seems like Bookneeps group together based on their fondness for certain types of books. They also can't stand messy and unkept book collections and will organize and repair them while their owner's sleep.
It has a slim ribbon like body and big eyes on each side. It resembles and moves like an eel through the air.
