>>44916510Ah, then I suppose it's a side effect of trying to communicate the various small bits of information that Latin packs into its tendency to conjugate just about everything. It feels similar to when a manga gets translated without anyone semi-fluent in English on the team - I can get the gist of it, but it sounds like it would do better with another pass, editing for flow even if it removes some small details (like how some fanlations insist on always translating honorifics directly):
>It's no wonder that land-born, aquatic creatures - crocodiles, river turtles, water serpents, etc - can instinctively find and swim in the water. Perhaps it is the same for chickens; despite starting growth in an egg, they know to leave that "home" and seek out the company of their mother. And I can't quite figure out if the last phrase is "They instinctively know that is how to be protected" or "To raise animals, you must also offer such protection."
