So, now that GF started collecting usage stats and whatnot from their competitive metas, and some have theorized that they will use these stats to monitor and balance the metagame in the future, it begs the obvious questions. If Game Freak takes the 'Smogon' route and starts banning everything they deem unbalanced from Ranked, what will your reaction be? SHOULD Game Freak take this approach, and if not, how do you believe they should approach balancing the game?
