It's a Dog, Dogs aren't slower than Slugs.
It's not even that Bulky, so why make it so slow, is it supposed to rely purely on its abilities? Cause if so, it can't take a hit, so you'll have to use it against Supports who wants to setup with conditions, and that might not even be enough, so you'll probably have to Support Grandbull with Trick Room as well.
Is Grandbull meant for Doubles?
Why do so many Gen 1-3 mons has such weird spreads?
