Porygon-Z is a wonderful special attacker. I run it with Tri-Attack, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, and Ice Beam. Porygon2 is wonderfully bulky and capable of stalling with Eviolite, Toxic, and Recover. Stick Charge Beam and Ice Beam on it and you're good to go.
