Is there a rom hack for Gen IV that speeds up the HP bars? That's literally all I want, and I can't stand how slow it is.
The cheat codes don't work on real hardware via TWiLight Menu++, and the ones from emulators make the whole game run at 60 frames, which feels too fast for Gen IV. What I want is something like Gen V: game at 30, battles + menus at 60.
