Deliberately making a character underpowered on release is understandable, I'd rather have them too weak than Duraludon-tier, but these stupid fucking hack devs only release balance patches every month and a half and shit characters usually take 3-4 months to become usable. I'd really fucking appreciate more frequent balance patches, at LEAST once a month, and patches that affect more pokemon.
