I've only played up until HeartGold & SoulSilver. I tried Black & White for a while, but dropped it. Therefore I'm not familiar with whatever has been going on in the wonderful world of Pokemon.
With that said, any known working cloning glitches in the series besides the Emerald Battle Tower one? That's the one I use. It's alright, but I can imagine that transfering pokemons from it to the DS games, and then to X & Y / ORAS is going to be bothersome as fuck.
