The sight prompts a curious inquiry, and being a man of priorities, you pause the little rivalry to ask it.
"Say, if robots don't drink tea, what do they drink?"
Grashglik pauses, as if he actually has to think about that. He dips a biscuit into his cup and the invisible liquid within it, but doesn't take a bite.
"I don't suppose you remember that conversation we had about you not asking things that you're not ready to know the answers to, do you?"
"Err... I was hoping you forgot about that.."
The android raises his cup, cocking his head to the side, "Yes well, I'm afraid we can't all be as unfortunate as you are to be cursed with short-term memory. I'll have you know that my memory banks are about ten times as strong as a human's, I'm practically an Indian elephant. I suggest you depart headfirst into that quicksand if you don't want a firsthand gander at the vast array of its power."
"There you go again!" you retort, "Why are you giving me helpful advice?--CONTRADICTORY advice in fact, you just told me NOT to go into the quicksand! Aren't you trying to kill me?! That's why you sent us down here in the first place!"
