Give it bulk up possibly make it bug/fighting. Now it can set up and actually use all those punching moves
It's a fairly drastic change but not too ridiculous. Maybe just put 20 in speed and 20 in either hp or defence and give it a possible type change so it can set up screens and now defog better. Also iron fist really needs to be buffed to a 50% boost like strong jaw and tough claws
